Topic for this month: Orchids of Crete with Christine Nicholson
In April 2024 Christine Nicholson, the orchid propagator at Glasgow Botanic Gardens, travelled to Crete to observe the island’s orchids in their natural habitat. The trip was organised by the Royal Horticultural Society who provided sponsorship for Christine’s trip along with help from the Hardy Plant Society and Mediterranean Plant and Gardens.
Join Christine at 7:30pm when she will give an illustrated talk highlighting the flora she encountered on her visit.
